Deep Reading reports are personalized digital goods, written for your specific question and cast. Our refund terms reflect that.
Membership passes: if you have not generated a report yet, annual and lifetime passes are refundable within 7 days of purchase — write to us from the address you used. The free month has nothing to refund.
If you never received your report at all, say so plainly in your email — those cases are always refunded.
Each report is written uniquely for you and delivered immediately, so it cannot be returned or exchanged once it has been generated and delivered as intended — except where a technical fault on our side makes it unusable.
Email hello@fatae.ai within 7 days of your purchase, from the address you paid with, and include your receipt or order reference if you have it. Where these terms allow, we refund to your original payment method.

What this is. Deep Reading is an AI-generated, personalized interpretation of the tarot spread you draw (fatae.ai) or the I Ching cast you make (iching.how), provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. It makes no claim to predict the future.

Who can purchase. You must be 18 or older to buy a Deep Reading.
Price and membership. Membership passes: your first month is free (email only, no card), Annual is $14.90 USD per year, Lifetime is $59.90 USD once. Each pass is a single payment — nothing auto-renews and no payment method is stored. Membership includes one personal Written Guidance per day, generated and delivered on this website.
Use of reports. Reports are for your personal use. Please do not resell or redistribute them.
Fair use. We may decline or refund orders that appear automated or abusive.
